Go back into Devices and Printers to access the Zebra ZD410 printer driver.  Right-click on the printer driver and choose "Printing Preferences".  When the Preferences window appears click on the "Tools" sub-tab and send the action to "Load factory defaults".

Some blank labels will come out of the label printer.  Do not tear them off or roll them back into the printer yet as there are a couple of calibrations that will also feed out blank labels.

Next navigate to the "Options" sub tab and populate the height and width of the labels being utilized in inches.  Click "Apply" to confirm.

Navigate to the Advanced Setup section and select the "Calibrate" button which will forward the paper format to the printer.  More blank labels will come out of the printer.

You can then close the Printing Preferences window and right-click on the printer driver and choose "Printer Properties".  When the window appears in the "General" tab click on the "Preferences" button.

A similar printer preferences window will appear.  Populate the Height and Width of the label in inches and apply the results.

Navigate to the Advanced Setup section and select the "Calibrate" button which will forward the paper format to the printer.  More blank labels will come out of the printer.

Now when the blank labels have finished coming out of the printer you can open the lid and feed them back into the printer.  Remember to unpause the printer after you close the lid.  You can now test printing labels from AmberPOS.
