Manually Adjusting Quantity on Hand

The QOH of any item can be adjusted manually using the Inventory screen.

First, log into the system and then access the Inventory menu. From the inventory screen, select the tab.

Press to display a list of your items if the window is blank.

You can use different viewing options to filter your list if needed to help you find the item(s) you want to adjust. Be sure to press once you change your options.

Select the item you would like to edit by left clicking it in the list, and then press .

This brings up the Edit Inventory Items window.

The SKU of your selected item will be displayed on the left side. If your item has more than one dimension, each dimension will be displayed. Select the specific SKU you wish to modify from this list.

Now check the box labelled Adjust Quantity On Hand which will initially be greyed out.

Enter the new quantity on hand for your item into the field.

Now select the Reason field and select the reason for your adjustment from the list. It may be necessary to enter details for the reason.. (See: Creating Reasons)

Press to save your changes.
