The most common reason for this issue, is because the default printer device for your computer is not selected properly. AmberPOS displays reports by showing a preview image that the selected default printer would print.
Because the wrong default printer is selected, AmberPOS is not properly calibrated to display all the desired results in your report. To fix this issue, you must change your default printer in Windows.
To change the default printer in Windows:
1. Go to the start menu in the bottom right corner of your Windows screen.
2. Select Control Panel
3. Select View Devices and Printers
4. Right click on the Microsoft XPS Document Writer option, and then select "Set as default printer" from the drop down menu that appears.
