Setting Your Time Zone in BigCommerce

When you download your online orders to AmberPOS, they are based on the time-stamp of the transaction when purchased on BigCommerce. Therefore, the time zone must be correctly set on BigCommerce in order for the timestamps to match between your web-store and local store transactions.


1. Login to BigCommerce, and on the left-side select mceclip0.png




 Next select mceclip2.png and then mceclip3.png.




2. Overview of Date & Timezone tab.




       Step 1: Select the Your Timezone field.

       Step 2: Select your time zone.

       Step 3: Select Save to finalize your time zone changes.
