When you download your online orders to AmberPOS, they are based on the time-stamp of the transaction when purchased on BigCommerce. Therefore, the time zone must be correctly set on BigCommerce in order for the timestamps to match between your web-store and local store transactions.
1. Login to BigCommerce, and on the main screen, select Setup & Tools in the top right corner and then Store Settings from the drop down menu.
2. Overview of Language & Date tab.
Step 1: Select the Language & Date tab.
Step 2: Select the Time Zone drop down menu, and select your time zone.
Step 3: Select Save to finalize your time zone changes.
