Web Sync Configurations

This article will show you where to access the settings where you can choose what data AmberPOS controls for values on Bigcommerce.  First navigate to 3.PNG and then select the 4.PNG tab.  Click on 5.PNG and select the option 6.png.

 When the Webstore integration window opens, select the 1.PNG and then click on 2.PNG.  You will be presented with the settings to manage your webstore sync updates that push product information to Bigcommerce.

There are 2 parts to this section:

 Settings under this field will identify what information will update online for linked skus when you manually select and re-upload a sku.

 Settings under this field will identify what information will update online for linked skus on their own as part of the background websync process.

 

Web Sync Rules


Settings under this section will push the information online in either manual or background circumstances.

 Sync values can be adjusted to the following:

Information about about your sku for this value will update to the linked item on bigcommerce.

 Information about about your sku for this value will not update to the linked item on bigcommerce.

This option will only be presented in relation to QOH.  SKU information will relate both between AmberPOS and Bigcommerce.

This is the relationship of the UPC value in both AmberPOS and on Bigcommerce.  Only the first UPC code that is available in AmberPOS will populate on Bigcommerce as there is only one field value to populate this online.
