From the employee setup screen you can set an employee as inactive and render that employee unable to log into the system.
1. First, log into the system, and then access the Setup menu. From the setup screen, select the tab.
2. From the employees window, select the employee you want to deactivate, and un-check the Employee Active check-box. Then use the button to save your changes.
