Setting Employees to Inactive

From the employee setup screen you can set an employee as inactive and render that employee unable to log into the system.

1. First, log into the system, and then access the Setup menu. From the setup screen, select the employees_tab.png tab.

2. From the employees window, select the employee you want to deactivate, and un-check the Employee Active check-box. Then use the save_button_2.PNG button to save your changes.
