Maximum A/R Limit

To set a cap on the amount of A/R balance your customers can accrue, you use the Stores Setup menu.

First, log into the system and select setup from the menu.

Then on the upper part of the window, select the tab.

And in the lower section, select

Now locate the A/R Limit field on the lower right hand section of the screen, and enter the amount to which you would like to limit your A/R balances.

Global A/R limit should be $1 Dollar or more for function to take affect. 

Make your desired changes and press
