Changing Shipping Addresses

To change a customer's shipping address during a transaction, you must first access the Miscellaneous tab. Either press F12, or use the misc_button.PNG button at the bottom of the screen.

Once you have brought up the Miscellaneous tab on the right hand side of the screen, press Shift-F7, or use the change_ship_to_address_button.PNG button.

This bring up the customers screen, allowing you to modify the shipping address.

Once you have made the desired changes, press the save_button.PNG button on the bottom of the screen to save your changes, and then either double click the customer or use the select_button.PNG button at the top of the menu.

This will send you back to the transaction screen. In the top left hand corner of the screen next to the Customers box, a note will say Shipping Address Changed in green. You can now complete your transaction.
