When AmberPOS is upgraded to a newer version it will include the newest version of Crystal Reports. If that is the case you might be prompted to update this when starting AmberPOS.
Follow the prompts below:
1) Press OK to start the uninstall of the older version of Crystal Reports
2) Click Remove All to remove all the older Crystal Reports components.
3) Press Next to complete the uninstallation.
4) Press Finish to complete the process. Once this is done AmberPOS will automatically download and install the newer version of Crystal Reports.
5) The newer version of Crystal Reports is now installed. Press OK and and your ready to log into AmberPOS.
